ORDER: The learned counsel for the petitioner appeared through online and represented that the main proceedings before the trial Court was
disposed on 14.12.2024. The registry listed the matter, as the relief in the revision petition has become infructuous due to disposal of the main proceedings before the trial Court, whereas the revision petition was filed challenging the order passed in the interlocutory petition.

disposed on 14.12.2024 as compromised. In view of the disposal of the main proceedings before the' trial Court, the relief in the revision petition has become infructuous.
