Heard learned counsels appearing on behalf of the parties. 2. This petition has been filed inter alia, praying therein for the following relief:- "(i.) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari to quash the Pre Possession notice dated 07.11.2025 (Annexure No.1) by which the respondent no-2/bank has taken Pre possession despite the pendency of securitisation application no-318/2025 pending before respondent no-1, and entire proceedings initiated by the respondent no-2 under section 14 of SARFAESI Act." 3. The matter is already pending before the Debt Recovery Tribunal. 4. In light of the same, we do not see any reason to interfere in the said proceedings, at this stage. 5. The petitioner is directed to make an application before the Debt Recovery Tribunal and if such an application is made within a period of one week, the Debt Recovery Tribunal is directed to expeditiously hear out the said application. 6.
