Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA and perused the record. 2. The accused-applicant seeks bail in FIR/Case Crime No.0374 of 2024, under Sections 103(1), 238(A), 309(6), 317(2), 109(1) BNS, and section 3/25 Arms Act, P.S. Behta Mujawar, District Unnao. 3. It is argued that the co-accused with similar allegations was enlarged on bail vide order dated 29.10.2025. The applicant has no criminal history. 4. As the allegations are similar, adopting the same reasoning, the applicant who is in custody since 01.01.2025 is entitled for the bail. Thus the bail application is allowed. 5. Let the applicant Govind be released on bail in aforesaid FIR/Case Crime Number subject to his furnishing a personal bond and two reliable sureties each of the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned with the following conditions: (a) The applicant shall execute a bond to undertake to attend the hearings; (b) The applicant shall not commit any offence similar to the offence of which he is accused or suspected of the commission; and Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Dharmendra Kumar Misra, Jyoti Tripathi, Smriti Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A.
