As can be seen from the material on record, Calendar Case is of the year 2008 and the crime is of the 2004. 3. At this juncture, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that appropriate direction may be given to the Trial Court for speedy disposal of the Calendar Case. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondents would submit that this Court may pass appropriate orders by disposing of this Writ Petition. 3. In that view, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Learned II Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Tirupati shall dispose of CC No.320 of 2008 according to law as expeditiously as possible keeping in mind the fact that the crime is of the year 2004 under intimation to the Registrar (Judicial) about the progress of the case for every three months latest by 15.10.2025.
