The instant petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking permanent demarcation of Arazi No. 813 Mauja Arail Uparhar, Pargana Arail, Tehsil Karchhana, District Prayagraj. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that he has initiated the proceeding under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code and after the report of the Revenue Inspector dated 03.10.2023, the proceedings under Section 24 are concluded and the direction was issued to Tehsildar, Karchhana for taking further action with regard to installation of the identification marks on the field as per the Revenue Inspector's report. 4. The grievance of the petitioner is that since the order in Suit No. 13390 of 2023 has been passed, no action has been taken by the Tehsildar, Karchhana, Prayagraj. 5. Therefore, the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to the Tehsildar, Karchhana, Prayagraj to take appropriate steps in compliance of the order dated 13.03.2024, if there is no legal impediment, expeditiously within a period of four weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
