The challenge made in this writ petition is to the communication dated 20.04.2022, restraining the petitioner from holding Annual General Meeting of Uttar Bagribari GPSS Ltd till the disposal of the case pending before the High Court. Mr. JMA Choudhury, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the order dated 12.09.2022 passed in the present proceedings, the Annual General Meeting has been conducted and the new body has taken over the charge.
