Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Saharsh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State, Sri J.B.S.Rathour, learned counsel for the opposite parties no. 2,3 & 6, Sri Vijay Pratap Singh, learned counsel for the opposite party no. 5 and perused the record. Instant writ petition has been filed with the following main relief:- "(i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties to consider the candidature of the petitioner and to allow him promotion to the post of Secretary/Chief Executive Officer in Cadre Authority Cooperative Bank Centralized Service with all the consequential service benefits with effect from 01.04.2023 the date when the officers junior to the petitioner were promoted to this post." Contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the claim of the petitioner for promotion on the post of Secretary/Chief Executive Officer in Cadre Authority Cooperative Bank Centralized Service with all the consequential service benefits with effect from 01.04.2023, has not been considered as yet; and in this regard, the petitioner has moved a representation on 04-10-2025 before the opposite party no. 2/The Chairman, Administrative Committee, Cadre Authority Cooperative Bank Centralized Services, Lucknow, which is still pending consideration. He further submits that the interest of justice would be sub-served if this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the opposite party no. 2/The Chairman, Administrative Committee, Cadre Authority Cooperative Bank Centralized Services, Lucknow, to Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Shireesh Kumar, Utkarsh Kumar Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C., Jaibind Singh Rathour, Vijay Pratap Singh Ashish Kumar .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. Thru. Prin. Secy. Deptt. Of Co-Operative Lko. And 5 Others .....Respondent(s) consider and decide the representation of the petitioner within the stipulated period of time, as may be fixed by this court. Learned counsel appearing for the opposite parties have no objection to the contentions aforesaid. Be that as it may, without entering into the merits of the case, the opposite party no. 2/The Chairman, Administrative Committee, Cadre Authority Cooperative Bank Centralized Services, Lucknow, is directed to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner dated 04-10-2025 within a period of six weeks, in accordance with law, from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him.
