The applicant/respondent has filed the present application for release of the amount deposited by the non-applicant in the Registry of this Court. Learned counsel for the non- applicant/petitioner submits that he does not want to file any reply to the application and has no objection in case the present application is allowed. In view of above, the present application is allowed and the amount deposited by the non- applicant in the Registry of this Court is ordered to be released in favour of the applicant by remitting the same to his savings bank account, particulars of which are given in para-6 of the application, after due verification.
