This petition has been filed with the following prayers :- "I. Issue a writ in the nature of Certiorari thereby Quashed/ Setting Aside the Impugned Judgment order dated 18.09.2025 (ANNEXURE NO. 1) passed by the Respondent no-2 whereby the case nо- एस- 4/0058/पुनः/2025 of the petitioner was dismissed. II. Issue a writ in the nature of Certiorari thereby Quashed/ Setting Aside the Impugned Judgment ORDER 27.06.2025 (ANNEXURE NO 2) passed in second appeal bearing number एस-4/1915/ए/2024, Passed by Respondent no 2 III. Issue any other order or orders which this Hon'ble High Court may deem just and proper in the circumstances of the case: and IV. Award cost of this writ petition." 3. It is the case of the petitioner that his application seeking information regarding the distance of chak marg from the plot of the petitioner has not been provided to him. 4. Learned Standing Counsel has produced before this Court instructions dated 17.12.2025 sent by the Tehsildar, Ikauna, Shrawasti, wherein it has Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Arun Kumar Mishra Counsel for Respondent(s) : Shikhar Anand, C.S.C. Putti Lal .....Petitioner(s) Chief Information Commissioner,U.P. Information Commission, Lko. And 3 Others .....Respondent(s) been stated that information was given to the petitioner that he may apply for and obtain a certified copy of the revenue map of the village concerned. The petitioner has not considered it proper to seek a certified copy on payment of the necessary dues and has straightaway approached this Court. 5. The petitioner has also been provided a certified copy of the revenue map of Village Chetia Murar, Pargana Bahraich, Tehsil Ikauna, District Shrawasti today in Court. 6.
