We are of the view that the petitioners have an alternative remedy and is, accordingly, relegated to the same. 4. The writ petition is disposed of with liberty granted to the petitioners to approach the Debt Recovery Tribunal under Section 17 of the SARFAESI Act, 2002 for redressal of their grievances.
