Virender Singh, Judge (oral) In pursuance of order passed by this Court on 28.2.2025, compliance affidavit stands filed by the Deputy Commissioner- cum-District Collector, Solan. Alongwith the affidavit, a letter written by Sub-Divisional Officer (C) addressed to the Deputy Commissioner, Solan, District Solan, has been annexed, as Annexure R-1. Relevant portion of the letter is reproduced as under: “In this regard, it is submitted that in compliance to the above said orders of the Hon’ble Court, the latest status report is being submitted as hereunder: That in compliance of above said orders passed by the Hon’ble High Court of H.P., the executing agency i.e. the Executive Engineer HPPWD Nalagarh has intimated that the construction work on the said road has been completed, and ambulances can now ply on the road. The copy of letter No. PW-NLD-WA/Court Case/2025-26-11120-21, dated 23.2.2026 is being enclosed as Annexure “A”.” 2 2.
