Providing Additional Infrastructure to ZPHS Lepakshi (Agreement No.61/2020-21, dated 08.07.2020-Rs.13,73,687/-), 2. Providing Additional Infrastructure to ZPHS Chilamathur (Agreement No.56/2020-21, dated 08.07.2020-Rs.7,71,123/-)”, as illegal and arbitrary. 2. Sri Raghu Babu Kalamata, learned Standing Counsel for Andhra Pradesh Samagra Siksha Abhiyan, passed on signed instructions of the Executive Engineer issued vide Lr.Rc.No.63/B4/CW/SSA/ATP/2025-26, dated 04.04.2026, wherein the execution of work and the amount due to the Petitioner was admitted. It was further submitted that the amount could not be released to the Petitioner for want of fund clearance. 3. As there is no dispute with regard to the execution of 4 work and amount claimed by the Petitioner, this Writ Petition is disposed of, with the following directions:- (i) The Respondent-Authorities are directed to disburse the admitted amount due to the Petitioner within a period of four (04) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. (ii) There shall be no order as to costs.
