Krishna, learned counsel accepts notice for respondent Nos.5 to 7. 2. In this writ petition, petitioner is seeking direction to respondents to issue ownership document in favour of the petitioner in terms of the order dated 08.04.2024 in W.P. No.8508/2024 (Annexure-P), in the alternative, to issue a direction to respondent - authorities to reflect the name of the petitioner in the revenue records in respect of the subject land and further sought for compensation of Rs.20,00,000/- for illegally withholding the name of the petitioner in the revenue records as per sale deed dated 16.06.2025, depriving the petitioner from enjoying the schedule property. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:24496 WP No. 5058 of 2025 3. I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties. 4. On careful examination of the earlier proceedings in W.P.No. 8508/2024 dated 08.04.2024 (Annexure-P) passed by this Court, therein paragraph No.3 reads as under: " 3. Placing the submission of the learned Counsel for the learned HCGP on record, the writ petition stands disposed of while directing the respondent- Tahsildar, Yelahanka Taluk, Bangalore North Taluk and the Deputy Commissioner, Bangalore Urban District to issue necessary certificate to the petitioner regarding the ownership of 20 guntas of land in Sy.No.36 of Vaderahalli Village, in terms of the registered sale deed which should enable the petitioner to seek compensation at the hands of the Special Land Acquisition Officer, BDA.The certificate shall be issued as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. " 5. In this writ petition, the petitioner has made an application to the respondent - authorities as per Annexure-Q to conduct Government survey in respect of the land in question. In this regard, the Spl. Tahsildar, Yelahanka Taluk, - 5 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:24496 WP No. 5058 of 2025 Yelahanka, has issued an endorsement dated 17.01.2025 (Annexure- W), relegating the petitioner herein to approach respondent No.3. 6. Having taken note of the submissions made by learned counsel appearing for the parties and also taking into account the direction issued by this Court at para 3 in W.P.No.8508/2024, wherein respondent Nos.2 and 4 are directed to implement the order passed by this Court and also to enter the name of the petitioner in the revenue records / khata to be made in favour of the petitioner, In that view of the matter, respondent No.4 has committed an error in directing the petitioner herein to approach respondent No.3 despite the order passed by this Court in W.P. No.8508/2024. 7. In that view of the matter, without considering the claim made by the petitioner to impose cost as per prayer (b) stated in the writ petition, I feel that respondent Nos.2 and 3 shall look into the matter and take decision at the earliest, to issue direction to Spl. Tahsildar, Yelahanka, within two weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order to enter the - 6 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:24496 WP No. 5058 of 2025 name of the petitioner in the revenue records in terms of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.8508/2024. 8. Needless to say that if the land in question has been acquired by the respondent Nos.5 to 7 herein, it is open for the petitioner herein to claim compensation, if so advised, or take necessary action in so far as deletion of the land in question from the revenue records.
