Counsel for the respective parties urged several contentions. Heard the arguments and perused the Writ paper with care. 4. Counsel Sri.B.N.Tulsi Kumar., on instructions submits that the O.T.S. amount has been cleared by the - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:6972 WP No. 4691 of 2020 petitioner. Counsel therefore, submits that an appropriate order may be passed. The oral submission made by counsel for the respondents is placed on record. Because of clearance of the O.T.S. amount by the petitioner, nothing survives for consideration in the present Writ Petition. Hence, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
