JUSTICE PRAMIL KUMAR MATHUR Order 13/05/2025 1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that father of the petitioner has expired on 10.05.2025 and the petitioner is the single son of his father and he has to perform the rituals and ceremonies related to his late father, therefore, he may be released on interim bail. In support of his contentions, he has submitted the death documents issued by the concerned Hospital. 2. Learned Public Prosecutor has not seriously opposed the prayer for interim bail. He however, expresses his apprehension that the petitioner may not surrender before the jail authorities on time and would abscond. 3. As the father of the petitioner has expired, therefore in the interest of justice, the application for interim bail of the petitioner- Pulkit Yadav S/o Jaikishan Yadav is allowed and it is directed that he may be released on interim bail in connection with FIR [2025:RJ-JP:20120] (2 of 2) [CRLMB-6105/2025] No.0531/2024 registered with Police Station-Jhotwara, District- Jaipur (West) for offences under Sections 305(a), 115(2), 126(2), 352 of BNS from 13.05.2025 to 26.05.2025 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the court below. The petitioner shall surrender before the concerned Jail Authorities on 26.05.2025. 4. Let a copy of this order be supplied to the jail authorities. 5.
