Contention put forth by the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the case of the petitioner is squarely covered with the ratio of the final order dated 24th September 2025 passed in Writ-A No.3853 of 2025, Radhey Shyam and nineteen others Vs. State of UP and two others. He submits that the petitioner is also entitled for the same relief. Learned counsels for the respondents have no objection to the submissions aforesaid.
