(3) Annexure-6 to the writ petition is a representation made by the petitioner to the Vice Chancellor. From the averments made in the representation, it appears that petitioner deserves sympathetic treatment, having regard to his tender age. (4) Writ petition is, therefore, disposed of with a direction to the Vice Chancellor to consider the representation made by the petitioner sympathetically and take decision within four weeks from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
