Das, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Assam. 2. This is an application filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 in respect of Special (NAR) Case No. 17 (BGN) /2025, pending in the Court of the Special Judge, Bongaigaon, arising out of Bongaigaon GRPS Case No.123/2024. 3. The case relates to seizure of commercial quantity of narcotic drugs. There are 11 (eleven) witnesses in the Charge-Sheet and 4 (four) are already examined. 4. I have considered the submissions made by learned counsel for both sides. 5. Let the Trial Court examine 3 (three) more witnesses, in that way after examination of 7 (seven) witnesses the petitioner shall have the liberty to approach this Court again for seeking bail. 6.
