1. Heard.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner has been promoted to the post of Head Master (Middle School) on 15.05.2023, which is equivalent to the post of Lecturer (Panchayat), however, she has not been given seniority from the date her juniors were promoted i.e. 06.10.2016.
3. Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to file a comprehensive representation along with copy of this
order and other relevant documents before the competent authority for redressal of her remaining grievance and, in turn, the competent authority is directed to consider and decide the said representation of the petitioner on its own merit strictly in accordance with law by passing a reasoned and speaking order within 45 days from the date of receipt of the said representation.
4. With the aforesaid directions and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition stands finally disposed of.
