This writ petition is filed by the petitioner praying for following reliefs:- "(a) to issue a writ, order, or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent no.3 and 4 to make the payment of the Arrear of Salary for 9 months to the petitioner i.e. from 28.01.2023 to 11.09.2023 during which the petitioner was suspended and later on 11.9.2023 he reinstated in service, within the stipulated period if possible within a month. (b) to issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondents to decide the representations given by the petitioner to respondent no.3 within the stipulated period." It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in respect of arrears of salary the petitioner has filed a representation dated 13.11.2024 before the respondent no.3, which is pending consideration. Learned Standing Counsel submits that the respondent no.3 will decide the petitioner's representation dated 13.11.2024 in a time bound manner. In view of the aforesaid, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent no.3 to consider and decide the petitioner's representation dated 13.11.2024 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
