The instant applicant has been filed seeking following main relief(s) :- "Wherefore, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the quashing of the Charge-Sheet No. 0526/2021 dated 25-12-2021, against the petitioner arising out of case crime no. 0466 of 2021, Under Section-363,366,376, I.P.C. & 3/4 Pocso Act, relating to Police Station-Kachouna, District-Hardoi & Consequential order i.e. Summoning order dated 13-01-2022 against the petitioner pending in the court of Learned Special Judge (POCSO Act) District-Hardoi, against the petitioner (contained as Annexure no.1 & 2 to this petition), in the interest of law and justice." On account of some formal defects crept in the application, learned counsel for the applicant prays for withdrawal of the application with liberty to the applicant to file afresh with proper pleadings and documents in support thereof. The aforesaid has not been opposed. In view of the above, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. Office is directed to return certified/original copies of the documents annexed with the application to the learned counsel for the applicant as per rules.
