Das, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the Notification issued by the State Government in terms of the determination made in the case of the State of West Bengal Vs. Debabrata Tiwari & Others reported in (2023) SCC Online SC 219, he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition and to file a fresh writ petition challenging the Notification issued by the State Government. 2. The prayer is not opposed by the learned counsel for the respondents. 3. Accordingly, this writ petition stands closed on withdrawal with a liberty as prayed for. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
