Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA and perused the record. 2. The accused-applicant seeks bail in FIR/Case Crime No.0074 of 2025 under section 103(1), 61(2) BNS, P.S. Safdarganj, District Barabanki. 3. It is argued that the co-accused with similar allegations was enlarged on bail vide order dated 25.09.2024 passed in Bail Application No.6950 of 2025. 4. Considering the allegation to be similar to the said co-accused who has been granted bail, the applicant is also entitled for the bail on the ground of parity. Thus the bail application is allowed. 5. Let the applicant Mithun Kumar be released on bail in aforesaid FIR/Case Crime Number subject to his furnishing a personal bond and two reliable sureties each of the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned with the following conditions: (a) The applicant shall execute a bond to undertake to attend the hearings; (b) The applicant shall not commit any offence similar to the offence of which he is accused or suspected of the commission; and (c) The applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Farooq Ayoob, Mansi Gupta, Shwetank Pandey Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A.
