Crl.Side for R5 and R6 ORDER This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 to 6 to survey and demarcate the property, which according to the petitioner is owned by her, based on her online application dated 20.11.2025 and representation dated 24.11.2025 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2. The petitioner had submitted her online application dated 20.11.2025 and representation dated 24.11.2025 for the aforesaid purpose. Since the same have not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition. 3. Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4. Mr.R.Venkatesa Perumal, learned https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 47247 of 2025 Government Advocate (Crl.Side) accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 5 and 6. 4.Since no adverse order is passed against the private respondents by this Court, notice to the respondents 7 and 8 is dispensed with. 5.No prejudice will be caused to the authorities if the authorities are directed to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the petitioner’s property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, after hearing the objections if any from the neighbouring land owners and the respondents 7 and 8 as well as any other party as they deem fit. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of in the following manner:- (a) Before surveying the lands in question, the respondents 4 and 5 are directed to issue notice to the neighbouring land owners, the respondents 7 and 8 and also to any other party, if they deem fit to put on notice.
