It is explained that an application filed in 2023, was rejected by the impugned order, thereafter, the petitioner filed an another application in first week of May 2025 which is still pending. 3. Considering that the application for parole of the petitioner is pending before the Committee, this petition is disposed of with a [2025:RJ-JP:24897-DB] (2 of 2) [CRLW-553/2025] direction that the application of the petitioner shall be decided within two weeks from receipt of the certified copy of this order. 4.
