By the present writ petition, the petitioner is questioning the rejection of the petitioner’s application for recruitment to the post of Light Motor Vehicle Driver by the respondents/ office of the Divisional Forest Officer, Baloda Bazar with remark that the petitioner has not annexed the experience certificate. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has applied for the post of Light Motor Vehicle Driver advertised on 18.05.2023 and his application has been rejected for non submission of experience certificate. He further refers to the relevant part of advertisement No. 4956 dated 18.05.2023 by which objection were invited and it was directed that the candidate may sent their requisite documents in the said email ID of the concerned division between the period 18.03.2025 to 24.03.2025. Further, he submitted the certificate of experience on 19.03.2025 (annexure P-3) on the email Id of the DFO Baloda Bazar which was provided in the advertisement No. 4976 dated 18.05.2025 itself i.e. dfo_balodabazar@rediffmail.com. 3. Learned State counsel submits that the documents i.e. the 3 experience certificate which was submitted by the petitioner has been sent to email id dfo_balodabazar@rediffmail.com were as it has to be uploaded in the official website of the department i.e. www.cgforest.com. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the pleadings of the petitioner. 5. From perusal of the relevant part of advertisement No. 4976 dated 18.05.2025, in which the guidelines for submission of the objection was provided, in which as far as Balodabazar is concerned the email ID provided was dfo_balodabazar@rediffmail.com to submit the documents in support of the application and the relevant date was also prescribed i.e. 18.03.2025 to 24.03.2025. 6. Further, from perusal of the pleadings of the petition, it appears that the petitioner has submitted the relevant documents in the email Id provided and the petitioner has also annexed the experience certificate at Pg 23 of the writ petition. Further, perusal of the documents shows that the petitioner is having experience of 2 years, however his candidature has been rejected only on the ground of non submission of experience certificate. At this stage, it has been informed by the parties that the recruitment process is still continuing. 7. Considering the same, it is directed that DFO, Balodabazar 4 (respondent No. 3) shall take necessary steps within 5 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to permit the petitioner to participate in the recruitment process by considering the experience certificate which has been sent by the petitioner in the said email ID and the same has also been annexed at Pg- 23 of the writ petition. 8. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the writ petition is disposed off. 9. Both the parties are directed to apprise the authorities about the order of this court.
