The petitioner has brought to the notice of the Court that judgment and order dated 11.01.2021 and 14.12.2021, passed by this Court in Writ Petition (M/S) No. 773 of 2020, Ramavati Devi Vs. State of Uttarakhand and others (“the petition”), has been willfully disobeyed by the respondents. By the order of the Court, the petitioner was required to approach the respondent no.2, who was to take decision on it. Today, learned state counsel submits that the matter has already been decided and a decision has already been taken on 08.12.2025 pursuant to the order of the Court passed in the petition. The written instruction has been tendered for the perusal of the Court. That are taken on record. Since the order of which the willful disobedience is complained of, has already been complied with.
