Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA and perused the record. 2. The applicant seeks enlargement on bail in FIR No.593 of 2023, under Section 147, 149, 504, 506, 302 IPC, P.S. Kotwali Bhinga, District Shrawasti. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argues that two of the co-accused have been enlarged on bail. In terms of the FIR, allegations against the applicant were similar. 4. Learned AGA has opposed the bail application. 5. Considering the aforesaid, the applicant who is in custody since 08.12.2023 and has no criminal antecedents prior to the offence in question, is entitled to be enlarged on bail on the ground of parity. In view thereof, the application is allowed. 6. Let the applicant Jagatram be released on bail in aforesaid FIR number on his furnishing a personal bond with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of court concerned with the following conditions: (a) The applicant shall execute a bond to undertake to attend the hearings; Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Pramod Kumar, Ambrish Kumar, Amrendra Nath Tripathi, Manoj Kumar Nishad, Pradeep Kumar Shukla, Shiv Pal Singh, Virech Shakti Pandey Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A.
