No.334/2024, pending on the file of Principal Senior Civil Judge, Bengaluru Rural to the Senior Civil Judge and JMFC, Turuvekere, Tumkur. 2. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the respondent has no objection to transfer but direction may be issued to the trial Court to dispose of the matter in expeditious manner. 3. The submission of the learned counsel for the respondent for direction to dispose of the matter cannot be considered as the matrimonial case is of the year 2024. 4. Considering the fact that the husband has no objection and the wife has to take care of the children, this Court deems it appropriate to pass the following: - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:16374 CP No. 85 of 2025 ORDER i.
