Borthakur, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. 2. This application under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 has been filed by the petitioners, namely, 1. Madan Ali, 2. Aminul Islam, 3. Sanidul Hoque, 4. Rubul Alom @ Rubul Amin, 5. Muksed Ali, 6. Azizur Islam @ Azizur Hoque, seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Mererchar P.S Case No.34/2025 (N. G.R. No.306/2025) under Sections 61(2)/189(2)/115(2)/118(1)/118(2)/296 of BNS, 2023. 3. On 14.08.2025, the accused petitioners were granted interim bail with conditions, pursuant to which they appeared before the I.O and their statements were recorded, as submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners. Page No.# 3/3 4. The prosecution submits that, in the meantime, the investigation is completed resulting in the filing of a charge-sheet. 5. In the situation, the interim bail granted vide order dated 14.08.2025 is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions : i) That the petitioners shall be available for trial, if and when it commences ; ii) That the petitioners shall not hamper or tamper with evidence. iii) That the petitioners shall not misuse their liberty to commit any offence or illegal activities. 6.
