Satyen Vaidya, Judge (oral): Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case of the petitioner is squarely covered by a judgment passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court on 6.7.2023 in CWPOA No. 5952 of 2020, titled as, Pankjakshi Sharma vs. State of H.P. & others. He further submits that the petitioner will be satisfied at this stage in case time bound directions are issued to the respondents to consider and decide the case of the petitioner in light of the aforesaid judgment. 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? -2- 2. Prayer being innocuous is allowed. The petitioner is permitted to submit his representation to respondent No.2, who in receipt of such representation shall consider and decide the same within six weeks from the date of receipt of the representation, by passing a detailed and reasoned order, more particularly, taking into consideration the judgment passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in CWPOA No. 5952 of 2020, titled as, Pankjakshi Sharma vs. State of H.P. & others. In case, the petitioner is found similarly situated to the petitioner in CWPOA No. 5952 of 2020, he will also be granted all the benefits, as have been granted to the petitioner in CWPOA No. 5952 of 2020. 3.
