Side) ******* 1/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis Crl.O.P.No.30424 of 2025 ORDER The petitioner herein, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 22.09.2025 for the offences punishable under Sections 103(1), 238, 309(6) and 311 of BNS in Crime No.345 of 2025, registered on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2. The case of the prosecution is that, the petitioner herein is the paramour of A2 and due to money dispute between the A1 and the deceased, the petitioner along with A1 committed murder of the deceased by assaulting him using cement slab; that thereafter robbed 3 sovereigns of gold jewels from the deceased and dumped the body in a drainage. Hence, this case. 3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and she has not committed any offence; that she is in judicial custody since 22.09.2025; and that the petitioner is ready to abide by any condition that may be imposed by this Court and sought for bail to the petitioner. 2/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis Crl.O.P.No.30424 of 2025 4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent while opposing the bail to the petitioner reiterated the prosecution case and submitted that there are totally two accused involved in this case and the petitioner is arrayed as A2; and that the investigation of the case is pending. 5. Considering the submissions made on both sides, grave nature of offence, taking note of the fact that the investigation of this case is pending and if the petitioner is enlarged on bail, there is possibility of hampering the investigation process, hence this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 6.
