Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA and perused the record. 2. The accused-applicant seeks bail in FIR/Case Crime No.298 of 2024 under section 103(1) BNS, P.S. Kotwali Dehat, District Sitapur. 3. It is argued that on the same allegations, the co-accused was enlarged on bail vide order dated 29.10.2025 passed in Bail Application No.9166 of 2025. 4. As the allegations against the applicant are similar and the applicant having no criminal history, the applicant is entitled for the bail on the ground of parity. Thus the bail application is allowed. 5.
