This is the second bail application under Section 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure filed by the applicant seeking enlargement on bail during trial in connection with Case Crime No. 328 of 2020, under Sections 328, 376, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C., registered at P.S. Daurala, District Meerut. 4. The first bail application of the applicant was rejected by this Court vide order dated 12.4.2022 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 43280 of 2020. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that trial in the matter has concluded and as such the present second bail application has become infructuous. 6.
