Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Ashutosh Mishra, learned counsel for the respondent no.1 and Mr. Rishabh Tripathi, learned counsel for the respondent nos. 2 and 3. Present petition has been filed seeking following main reliefs:- "I. Issue a writ, direction or order in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite parties to allow the petitioner to join on the promotional post of Head Teacher in Primary school, Pakauri, Block Reusa, District Sitapur or any other Primary school in pursuance to the promotion order dated 24.7.2015. II. Issue a writ, direction or order in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite parties to provide selection grade to the petitioner as well as salary of the promotional post of Head Teacher w.e.f. 5.5.2015, the date, when similarly situated persons were promoted on the said post." Contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner is ready to join on promotional post of Head Teacher at Primary School, Pakauri, Block Reusa, District Sitapur. He submits that the petitioner has wrote a letter dated 20.7.2024 before the District Basic Shiksha Adhikari, Sitapur who may be directed to consider and decide the same within stipulated period of time as may be fixed by this Court. Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection to the submission aforesaid.
