The applicant has filed this application under Section 482, Cr.P.C. mainly with the prayer to quash the order dated 12.3.25 passed by learned 4th Additional Session Judge Bahraich, in Criminal Revision No. 214/2024 as well order dated 10.04.24 passed by learned Civil Judge (Junior Division)/A.C.J.M., Bahraich, by which Applicant has been summoned in Suit No.- 559/2022, u/s 323, 504, 506, 452, 354 IPC at P.S.-Kaisarganj, District- Bahraich. Learned counsel for the applicant after arguing at length, does not want to press this case on merits, however, he submits that he is ready to move discharge application before the court below. In case the applicant moves application for discharge within 2 weeks from today through counsel, same will be decided by the court below within 4 weeks thereafter. Till six weeks from today or till the disposal of discharge-application, if moved, impugned proceedings shall remain stayed. With these observations/directions this application is disposed of.
