The said agreement has been duly signed by the parties. In view of the fact that the parties have agreed to settle the dispute by entering into a settlement agreement dated 02.12.2025 and it appears to be a lawful agreement, we dispose of the writ appeal along with the connected application on the basis of the settlement agreement dated 02.12.2025. Writ appeal and MC(WA) No. 96 of 2025 are disposed of accordingly. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
