CMP No.23259 of 2025 The present applications has been filed under Order 1, Rule 10, CPC read with Section 151 CPC for deletion of name of respondent No.13- Balwant Singh and substituting the applicant as his legal heir. 2. Heard. Having regard to the averments made in the application, which is duly supported with the affidavit of the applicant, namely, Darshana Devi as well as death certificate of respondent No.13, the present application is allowed and the name of respondent No.13- Balwant Singh, is ordered to be deleted from the array of the parties, subject to all just exceptions and consequently his legal representative, as mentioned in para-1 of the application, is ordered to be impleaded in his place as respondent No.13(a). 3. The application stands disposed of. CMP No.23260 of 2025 4. The present applications has been filed under Order 1, Rule 10, CPC read with Section 151 CPC for deletion of name of respondent No.2- Gulzari Lal and substituting the applicants as his legal heirs. 5. Heard. Having regard to the averments made in the application, which is duly supported with the affidavit of one of the applicants, namely, Hem Raj as well as death certificate of respondent No.2, the present application is allowed and the name of respondent No.2- Gulzari Lal, is ordered to be deleted from the array of the parties, subject to all just exceptions and consequently his legal representatives, as mentioned in para-1 of the application, are ordered to be impleaded in his place as respondents No.2(a) to 2(c). 6.
