However, the whereabouts of the 5*^ respondent were not available and that the petitioner found that the Apartment of the mother of the 5‘^ locked when he visited the respondent, on 05.04.2025. respondent 3. The petitioner has approached this Court, with an apprehension that, the life of his son would be under risk, if the 5^"^ respondent retains the custody and that the whereabouts of the Child were not known. Sri K. Narsi Reddy, learned counsel has filed vakalat on behalf of the 5‘^ respondent and stated that the 5^^ respondent and her son are staying at Venkata Ramana Colony, Kurnool, in the house of the mother of the 5‘^ respondent and that the 5*" respondent and the child are available at the said address. 4. 5. In these circumstances, this Writ Petition is closed, leaving it open to the petitioner to avail of his remedies before an appropriate Court. There shall be no order as to costs.
