Heard Mr. Prabhakar Tripathi, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Ms. Anuja Sharma, learned Panel Lawyer for the State/respondent/s. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though there is provision under Section 28 of the Chhattisgarh Co-operative Society Act, 1960, to allow for inspection of the required files and documents on payment of requisite fees, however, it has not been done by the respondent No.3/Society, as such, the petitioner is seeking that the authorities may kindly be directed to consider the same and to decide the same in accordance with law. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that he will file a duly constituted representation citing the case law along with copy of order and the concerned authorities and in-turn, the authority concerned may be directed to decide the same within a short time. 4. Learned counsel for the State/respondents appearing on advance notice submits that subject to due verification and scrutiny of the claim of the petitioner, appropriate steps shall be taken at the earliest within a period of 30 days. 3 5. Given the statement made by the counsel for the State/respondents, the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of directing the authority concerned that in case the petitioner makes any representation along with the copy of this order before the respondent No.3 within 15 days and inturn the respondent No.3 is directed to consider the same in accordance with Section 28 of the Chhattisgarh Co-operative Society Act, 1960 within the outer limit of 30 days. 6.
