Present petition has been filed with the following main prayer:- "i. A writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding to Basic Education Officer, Barabanki O.P. No. 3 with a direction to decide petitioner's representation dated 24.09.2025 and 29.10.2025 Annexure no.4 & 5 in the light of Para 6 of letter dated 08.08.2025, Annexure No. 3 Issued by Secretary Basic Education Board U.P. Opposite Party No. 2. ii. A writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing to Basic Education officer, Barabanki Opposite Party No. 3 to Transfer the petitioner at his Previous School Prathmik Vidyalaya Gorhi Dhak, Police Station Nindura, District - Barabanki." Learned counsel for the petitioner, after argument at length, submits that the interest of justice would be subserved if this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the respondent no.3 to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner dated 29.10.2025 pending consideration within stipulated period of time as may be fixed by this Court. Learned counsel for the State has no objection to the submission aforesaid. Be that as it may, without entering into merits of the case, the respondent no.3/Basic Shiksha Adhikari, Barabanki is directed to decide the Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Rajendra Prasad Verma, Prabhat Kumar Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C., Ran Vijay Singh, Uday Veer Singh Ramesh Chauhan .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P.
