CMP(M) Nos.1149 and 1150 of 2025 Mr. Anish Banshtu, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of the proposed legal heirs of deceased sole respondent and filed memo of appearance for today. No reply is intended to be filed on behalf of the proposed legal heirs and proposed legal heirs have no objection, if in case the present application is allowed and they are ordered to be brought on record. Sole respondent is stated to have died on 15.12.2024. The same is evident from the death certificate appended along with CMP(M) No.1149 of 2025. The details of legal heirs are given in para 3 of the CMP(M) No.1149 of 2025 and the same are strictly in consonance with the legal heir certificate appended along with CMP(M) No.1149 of 2025. The right to sue survives in the said legal heirs of deceased sole respondent. For the sufficient cause shown in CMP(M) No.1150 of 2025 delay in bringing on record the legal heirs of deceased sole respondent is condoned and abatement, if any, is set aside. Present applications are allowed and the legal heirs of deceased sole respondent are ordered to be brought on record. Amended memo of parties filed along with applications is ordered to be taken on record, if in order. Applications stand disposed of.
