This is an application filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita seeking bail in respect of the accused/applicant namely Saddam Hussain, in connection with Hajo PS Case No. 308/25 u/s 21(b)/29 of NDPS Act. 3. On perusal of the CD, it appears that recovery of intermediate quantity of heroin was made from the person of the accused/applicant. It also appears that the accused/applicant is a known dealer of illicit drugs. 4. Considering the incriminating materials available in the CD, the prayer for bail is rejected at this stage. 5.
