Learned counsel for the respondent has submitted that the judgement and order passed in the writ petition has been complied with as the order has been passed on 31.08.2024 in the light of Government Order dated 3.2.2023 as directed by the writ court and in pursuance thereof the amount has already been credited in the account of the applicant, in support of his submitted he has provided copy of the order dated 31.08.2024 and statement of account showing that the amount has already been credited in the account of the applicant, copy of the same has been provided during course of argument and photocopy of the same has been provided to the applicant. On the other hand, learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that there might be some dispute with regard to determination of amount paid to the applicant, otherwise for all practical purposes the present contempt application has become infructuous and is liable to be dismissed but liberty may be given to the applicant that if he has still any grievance, he may challenge the same before the appropriate Court. As prayed, the present contempt application is dismissed as infructuous. The notice, if any, issued against the respondent is hereby discharged. The applicant is at liberty to challenge if he has any grievance, as may be permissible under the law. December 11, 2025 S.
