Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the respondents and perused the material on record. Instant petition has been filed seeking following reliefs:- "i. Issue a writ, order, or direction in the nature of Mandamus, commanding the respondents to consider and decide the petitioner's pending representation dated 28.7.2025 for compassionate appointment in accordance with law and policy within a stipulated period preferably within eight weeks or such time as this Hon'ble Court deems fit annexed hereinabove as Annexure No. 3;" Learned counsel for the petitioner, after argument at length, submits that the interest of justice would be subserved if this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the respondent no.2 to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner dated 28.7.2025 pending consideration within stipulated period of time as may be fixed by this Court. Learned counsel for the State has no objection to the submission aforesaid.
