Anticipatory bail application of the applicant with similar allegation has been rejected by this Court vide order passed today (03.11.2025) in Criminal Misc. Anticipatory Bail Application U/S 482 BNSS No.584 of 2025. 4. Thus, considering that on similar allegations, anticipatory bail application of the applicant has been rejected, present anticipatory bail application is also rejected on the same ground and reasoning as recorded in the said order. 5. The applicant would be at liberty to apply for regular bail, if so advised, in accordance with law.
