Heard the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the Home. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the 4th respondent, at the behest of the 5th respondent, is interfering with the civil disputes between the petitioner and the 5th respondent and disturbing the peace of the petitioner and hence, the petitioner is forced to file the present writ petition. 3. The learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the 4th respondent has called the petitioner after receipt of the complaint from the 5th respondent and he was enquired with regard to the said complaint. It is further submitted that the police are not interfering with the civil dispute between the petitioner and the 5th respondent. 4. Recording the submission, the writ petition is closed, making it clear that the 4th respondent not to interfere with the disputes between the petitioner and the 5th respondent without following the due process of law.
