The opposite parties have jointly prayed that the petitioner may approach the opposite party no. 2, Secretary, Basic Shiksha Parishad, Prayagraj with the request of his transfer and for rectification of the earlier transfer order of opposite party no. 5 and the same shall be considered. In view of the aforesaid, the petitioner may move a representation before the opposite party no. 2/Secretary, Basic Shiksha Parishad, Prayagraj Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Amit Kumar Singh Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C., Ran Vijay Singh, Shailendra Singh Rajawat Mahesh Chandra .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. And 4 Others .....Respondent(s) within three days and the same shall be considered and decided within further period of two weeks by the opposite party no., 2 while calling the opposite party no. 5 as well as the petitioner and if it is found that the transfer of opposite party no. 5 has wrongly been done, the same shall be rectified, promptly.
