Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC:20663-DB Court No. - 3 Case :- WRIT - C No. - 4035 of 2025 Petitioner :- Vinod Kumar Tirthani Respondent :- State Of U.P. And 6 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Udai Prakash Deo Pandey Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C.,Shailesh Kumar Pathak Hon'ble Anjani Kumar Mishra,J. Hon'ble Jayant Banerji,J. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel appearing for respondent no.4 and learned standing counsel for the State. The relief prayed in this petition is for a direction to respondent no.2 to decide representation filed by the petitioner on 16.01.2025, prior to the opening E tenders received consequent to the E tender notice issued on 28.12.2024. From the submissions made at the bar, it transpires that it is not disputed that plot of the petitioner is not subject matter of the E tender notice. Only contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the various plots and sub divisions of plot no.7415 etc. have not been demarcated on the spot. This Court does not find any substance in the argument raised. Once specific plot numbers have been allotted to the land, it stands to reason that plots have also been demarcated on the spot. For the same reason we do not consider it appropriate to direct the authority concerned to decide representation filed by the petitioner. Accordingly and for the reasons given above, this writ petition fails and is dismissed. Order Date :- 13.2.2025 Asha Digitally signed by :- ASHA High Court of Judicature at Allahabad
