The present petition has been filed for the following main relief:- "WHEREFORE, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to pass an order allowing the petition thereby quashing the impugned summoning order as well as cognizance order dated 19.05.2025 passed by the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 2nd, Lucknow in the case of State Vs. Ram Briksha Yadav & another arising out of Case Crime No. 261/2022, U/s 323, 504, 427 IPC, P.S. Vibhuti Khand, Lucknow including the entire proceedings of the aforesaid case and/or any other appropriate order or direction which this Hon'ble court may deem just fit and proper under the circumstances of the case may also kindly be passed in order to meet the ends of Justice." Learned Counsel for the applicants states that on account of some formal defects in the pleadings, he does not want to press the present application and liberty may be granted to the applicants to file a fresh with proper pleadings and documents in support thereof. To the aforesaid prayer, learned AGA has no objection. Accordingly, the present application is dismissed with liberty as aforesaid. Office is directed to return back all the certified copies of order and documents, annexed in the present application, to the learned Counsel for the applicant, if he applies for the and submit the copies of same.
